It is a worrying fact that the number of obese persons is increasing day by day due to reasons like changed life style and food habits. Cancer, diabetes, heart diseases and other health problems are due to obesity. Experts are saying that it is important to regularize food habits to live happily with good health. In a survey it was revealed that 24 lakh people in the world are eating more food than required by the body. Taking few precautions will help in reducing providing more calories to the body and maintain good health.
  • Take care to provide required carbohydrates, proteins, fibre, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants to the body.
  • Fresh vegetables, fruits should be used to prepare salads. These provide required nutrients to the body.
  • In place of butter or cooking oil use olive oil. Olive oil contains more Omega 3 fatty acids.
  • Drink plenty of water this helps in detoxifying the body. Body and mind will become fresh.
  • Food should be taken in less quantity for many times.
  • It is not good to eat sitting before television or computer. There is a danger of eating more food than required.
  • Take mini meals three times a day apart from breakfast to keep good health.
Eat lots of fresh vegetables and grains. Whole wheat atta, unpolished rice etc are good for the health. Follow the advice of experts to maintain health.
