FOOD FOR THOUGHT

The little things we neglect atimes could be of great benefit to us oooo make we no reason am oda wise. To my fellow partners in crime wey like to dey chop nyafu nyafu make nobody tell yu anything oo make we dey chop dey go..
buh if we should pause for a sec..... and have a second thought  on what we consume on a daily basis we might actually live healthier.  As for me I dey reason so many things and I don try so many things so tey I begin chop only vegetable and agidi...My people e no tey ehh my body tell me.  2days later I c say e don dey work sha buh omo mehn man gast chop wetin go give us strength to do things.

Cut down on your carbs... eat more of vegetables and protein, exercise regularly and drink a lot of water

Heres my advice
 Eat as much as you want, but make sure you are fit,healthy be good to go
